Meet The Artists and Songwriters of Volume 602   ...

Gary & Carol Bibb, "Will You Still Love Me",  Carol Bibb "Victory At Last" (JoAnn Taylor)
Will You Still Love Me is our anniversary song. June the 4th of this year will bring us to the big 40 as we have spent many years writing and performing our music as a family. Our daughters, Tammy {Bibb} Camezind who released “Breath Of Life” on the Christmas compilation CD and Kimberly {Bibb} Marrs releasing “His Old Fiddle” on the latest compilation CD is a product of our love along with the blessings of having 2 son-in-laws, and grandchildren. Having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is our hope, assurance and our future of why we continue to write and sing songs. It is our desire for people’s lives to be touched through our music. Will You Still Love Me ?  No matter what we go through as a husband, wife and family the answer is “YES”.            gacabibb@peoplepc.com

Margie Cumbie, "Here Comes My Baby Back Again"
Margie was discovered kind of by accident. She had gotten up and sang at a karaoke bar during a vacation to the beach. Her friends were very surprised that she had this hidden talent. Plus, Margie realized that she was not embarrassed – and she found joy in sharing her talent with others. She started singing at retirement homes and nursing homes as a volunteer. The residents enjoyed hearing her – and she felt she had been given the fulfilling gift of sharing her God-given talent with those special folks.

Margie still enjoys singing good old traditional country songs – but she tries to sing songs with a good message or songs of hope.

Margie has recorded just outside of Nashville at the legendary country singer, Razzy Bailey’s studio.
After Margie lost her Mother – she found her gospel roots – and recorded her country gospel album, “I Saw the Master This Morning.” Margie recorded this project at a small studio in Calhoun Georgia.

Margie is proud of her opportunity to be able to fulfill her dream of being a singer. When the right opportunities come her way, she plans on recording and performing and oh yes, singing as long as God will let her.

Margie is married to Ben, and they have three grown sons and one grandson, Benjamin and one grandaughter, Mary Anna.

ANDREW DEAN & The Farm Machine, "Wide Open Dreams", "Be Blessed"
With a tank full of gas.....this super-charged entertainer .....really revs up the show.
Andrew Dean charges forward in high speed until the end, slowing up a bit only to connect with his audience...  making a special connection to talk about those things nearest and dearest in his life:
God, Country, and Family
Then it's right back to full speed ahead, with throttle WIDE OPEN... and DREAMS that have no end.
He cares and it shows, he is real, and he's genuine, that's the mark of a quality entertainer.
Many wonder why he would rather talk about his sister Jenny's battle with cancer, than the numerous awards he's won.  ...ask him, and he will say those award are reminiscent of new friends met in many cities across the nation.
As for Jenny, she lost the battle with breast cancer in 2000, but a signifcant role model for her younger brother, Jenny's influence is always present when talking with Andrew, and he has made Breast Cancer Awareness one of his many adopted charitable organizations.
Compliment his Tribute To Veterans songs "In A Mother's Eyes", "Lonely Soldier", or "The Price", and you may be in for a heartfelt discussion on the neccessity to provide our heroes, troops and veterans with quality health care, jobs, and the respect they deserve for standing up to protect our country and freedoms.
Go out to dinner... and you may find the Dean's seated around a family sized table, giving thanks to the Lord.  Yes, they do pray in public places, as well as at home. God is faithful, always providing what is needed, and Andrew and his family worship openly. Annually they all walk CROP WALK for hunger, giving food and donations to needy children in over 80 countries.

You see, when what you see is what you get, you only get the best with Andrew Dean.
He is proven, driven, loyal, trustworthy, energetic, with some of the best Country Music to come out of Nashville.

Stevie Cee, “Remind Me”
Stevie Cee is a country boy with charm, heart & a great personality. He loves people and loves to make them happy. Stevie is a great songwriter & entertainer, he's traveled the world over sharing his music.
Stevie sat down to write his very first song in 1998..."What Do You See In Me" an anniversary song he wrote for his wife. That song won him state and national awards and was also a cut on his very first country album, "Storm In Search of Thunder". He has since finished three more country albums, "Spin The Bottle" , "Lucky In Love" and "Love & Laughter", and has finished his first ever gospel album, "I Heard My Father's Voice". Most of the songs from all of these albums were penned by Stevie or his wife Deb. “I don't know what lies around the bend, but I am thankful for the opportunity to share my talent with others. I love what I do and things just keep gettin' better. I thank God each day for my talent and plan to continue on my path sharing my songs and putting a smile on everyone's face.” -Stevie Cee

Rory Hoffman,  "I Should Be Fishin' "
This multi-talented singer/songwriter performs to captivated listeners, who often describe him as being" an extremely talented individual, the finest that SD has to offer. He is just Pure Raw Talent! When performing with a musician like Rory, it allows an entertainer to stretch his/her own musical boundaries to a higher level and create music that is fresh and exciting to listen to."
Rory Hoffman is a young man with a strong devotion to his Savior and to his music. His debut album "Blind Faith in Hymn" demonstrates his love for the both. Rory grew up performing with the family’s country gospel band, Roland Hoffman and the Believers, recording six albums. As you will hear on “I Don’t Care”, he has since gone on to master a confirmed 14 musical instruments, but the total for his talents is rumored to be over 20! And if this accomplishment wasn’t remarkable enough in it’s own right, Rory has been blind since birth!
This past year has brought a lot of new and exciting changes to Me and to Depot Music Productions. The first major highlight happened late last year when I was named CCMA "Musician of the Year". I'm performing pretty much every weekend during the summer months, mostly through the Midwest. I'm of course always anxious to travel all over the country, so please keep me in mind for any events in your area where country and Christian-country music would be enjoyed.

Kimberly Bibb-Marrs, "Too Lonely To Cry"
I began my musical career at a young age living in the St Louis, Missouri area. While performing with my family's band, we worked at The Fabulous Fox Theater, The American Theater with Ginger Rogers, and the West Port Playhouse with Patrick Duffy from the TV show Dallas. We also opened for Tom T. Hall at the local fair and for The Sons of the Pioneers.

Later on I started working with a local Bluegrass group called Countryside Grass. We performed at many Bluegrass festivals and even won a SPIGMA Bluegrass award. I also won many fiddle contests, sometimes competing against musicians like Alison Krauss. At the age of 11, I won a Nashville Talent Search and was awarded a 45 record session with The Nashville Super Pickers and a write up in Billboard magazine. I also got a lot of air play on many radio stations.

Around this time I did shows with Grady Nut form Hee-Haw, fronted for Johnny Paycheck, performed with Ellie May Clampett from the Beverly Hillbillies, and won many other talent shows in Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. While I was in high school, we performed as The Bibb Sisters, working fairs and a few radio stations and with the Jerry Lewis Telethons. We also were opening acts for Keith Whitley, Gene Watson, Charlie McClain, Boxcar Willie, and Little Jimmy Dickins. We also worked at Six Flags of America, Tennessee State Fair, The Midnight Jamboree, Silver Dollar City, Branson Missouri, and did shows with Ava Barbe from the" Lawrence Welk Show".

When I moved to Nashville I worked with two all girl bands, Pettycoat Junction and The New Coon Creek Girls. We performed at Bluegrass festivals, Renfro Valley Barndance Jamboree, and Silver Dollar City in Branson. We aired on the Good Morning America Show promoting Silver Dollar City and were published in Strings Magazine.

I later started working at Opryland Theme Park, and was aired on Sixty Minutes TV Show promoting Opryland. I have performed on The Grand Ole Opry and at Opryland Theme Park with such talents as, Jack Green, Jeane Pruett, Jeane C. Riley, Johnny Russell, Grandpa Jones, Mike Snider, Rhonda Vinent, and Wilma Lee Cooper. I have also worked at the Country Music Museum, Country Music Hall of Fame, General Jackson Showboat, the Ryman Auditorium, and the Opryland Hotel with John Swaim.
I have enjoyed many years in the music business and have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful and talented people. I hope to share a little of my past with you thru the music we perform as The Nashville String Kings.

Dave Wooley, "Reason I Carry On"
Dave Wooley was born the youngest of three boys.  Being the youngest he got to experience a lot of what two older brothers will do, even if it was just seeing the cause and effect!  Dave’s mom comes from a very musical family.  There were many outings and family events where it seemed like everyone played or sang something.  Dave’s mom had a unique way of playing the guitar--open tuning in the key of E. Many family members are still using this tuning.  She also played harp and accordion.  All this exposure to different styles and genres of music made it very easy for Dave to get involved in music.

Dave’s mom had Daves brother Dan playing and singing for folks at local pubs at a very young age.  Dave attributes most of his musical training to his brother.  They were getting so tight with singing and playing together they started to perform professionally in 1988.  They had a lot of success in their home state of Maine.  In 1991, they won the GMC Country Show Down.  With young families to provide for, Dave and Dan started their own businesses for a period of about ten years.  In this time, Dave had the pleasure of performing in many genres of music—R&B, classic rock-n-roll, and country.

In early 2002, Dave got a phone call from Nashville to do some recording.  He went, and recorded two original and one cover song.  So excited about the experience, he got in touch with brother Dan to listen and asked him to join him in the recording.  The result was the first ever recording of the Wooley Brothers.  Their music was well received by fans and industry.  Their music has been featured on B98.5, 93.5 WCME, 89.9 WERU, 93.1 WMGX, as well as Lucky 99.1.  With success comes fear and stress: the decision was made late in 2003 for Dave & Dan to go their separate ways.  Dan wants to pursue his writing.  Dave is going to continue to write and perform.  He is very excited about his first solo project, which will be out in the spring of 2004.  The buzz that he is receiving from the industry already with the single release, “I can't live with losin' you” is that it’s sure to grab the listener!
