How much is the security deposit?
- Security deposit = one month's rent + a co-signer in Ohio, who must own real estate in Ohio.
The purpose of our security policy is to insure that you receive the
highest quality rental home at the lowest possible price.
All renters must have renters insurance coverage,
listing A Plus Rentals as additional insured.
We charge a one time non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 and $50.00 per month pet rent.
Due to insurance regulations, the following dogs are NOT permitted
This list may be amended or expanded at the discretion of the insurance company or Management
*All Pit Bull breeds, including but not limited to American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier and Staffordshire Terrier.
*German Shepherds *Dobermans *Rottweilers *Chow-Chows *Presa-Canarios *Any Wolf Hybrid
*Any mixed breeds dogs including the above named
*Dogs trained to attack people, property or other animals, and/or dogs trained to guard persons or property
*Any dog, used in any manner, as a fighting dog or bred specifically for fighting
*Any dog with a prior history of A: Causing bodily injury to a person, and/or B: attacking or biting
another animal.
Management reserves the right to refuse any dog for any reason, and to require a vet certification of breed before or after meeting pet.
All pet waste must be cleaned up daily in compliance with public health ordinances. Failure to clean up any pet waste will result in termination of your lease.
